When coping, it is very important not to hurt yourself, hurt others, or destroy property.
It is important to not only care for yourself, but also to care for others. Caring raises self-esteem.
It is also important to let others know how you feel and what you are thinking by communicating
with them.
People must sometimes deal with painful situations in their lives. One way to cope with a painful
situation is to try to make something positive result from the situation. It like the old saying, "When
life gives you lemons, make lemonade".
It is equally important to identify and express emotions. You need to recognize there are no good
or bad feelings. All feelings are acceptable. What is important is how you handle your feelings.
